Founded by Ke Zhang (Santi), a mechanical engineer and former national champion freestyle footballer, our story began with two seemingly unrelated worlds: the precision of engineering, and the relentless drive of competitive sports. Santiu2019s defining moment came at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, when he became the first civilian fan in history to present the Man of the Match award to Cristiano Ronaldo. That day, he took home more than just a memoryu2014he took home the spirit that would define Detailing King: pursue excellence, dare to challenge. We believe ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things, and that no compromise is worth it when it comes to quality.
When the pandemic forced Santiu2019s car detailing shop to close, it wasnu2019t the endu2014it was a reset. For years, heu2019d been frustrated by the gap between what car care products promised and what they delivered. So in September 2021, he and his wife Yu turned a tiny 15-square-meter apartment in Shenzhen into a lab, and began building something different. Our first manufacturing partner failed to meet our strict quality standards, so we made the only choice that aligned with our values: take full control. We built our own production, developed formulas in-house, and launched our cross-border store.

We closed our AliExpress store to focus entirely on building our official website and direct-to-consumer brand.
