  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • For orders including chemical-based products (waxes, coatings, cleaners), we conduct additional compliance checks to ensure proper documentation for international transit.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Destinations

We offer two primary shipping options to meet your needs:

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping  is available for all orders.
  • All prices are stated in US dollars, covering handling fees, packaging costs and full shipment tracking services.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Detailing King ® cannot control or predict these fees, nor are we liable for any delays or additional costs incurred during customs processing.
  • For chemical products (e.g., Sahara Wax, Glass Coating), we provide full safety documentation (SDS/MSDS) and accurate declarations to support smooth customs clearance.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
 
 

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
