HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Prep the Canvas Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the paint. Remove all iron fallout, tar, water spots, and old wax residues. The paint must be completely bare and pristine to allow SAHARA 3.0 to bond effectively.
Step 2: Activate the Core ( First Use Only )Inside every new can of SAHARA 3.0, we lock the volatile active ingredients beneath a high-density crystalline crust (designed to protect the wax from melting or losing potency during high-temperature shipping ).
Before your first use, use the included stainless steel scraper to gently shave off the top 0.5–1mm layer to reveal and activate the buttery paste underneath.
Step 3: Lay it Down Using a high-density foam applicator, rub the wax in circular motions to load it, then apply evenly to the paint. Pro Tip: Because of its ultra-clear, transparent formula, we highly recommend using a professional swirl-finder light during application to track your coverage.
Step 4: Buff to a Mirror Finish Once the entire vehicle is coated, buff off the residue using a premium 300–550 GSM microfiber towel.
Step 5: The Curing Process
• Day 1: Keep the car dry and out of the rain to let the wax molecules align.
• Day 3: The wax cross-links into a dense barrier, capable of resisting light acids and mild alkaline contaminants.
• Day 7: Ultimate Cure. The film reaches peak density. Gloss, hydrophobicity, salt spray protection, and UV resistance are fully unlocked. You may now perform your first high-pressure wash.

• According to traditional carnauba wax proportion standards, SAHARA contains 63% carnauba wax. As a result, its texture is exceptionally firm—comparable to Swissvax Carat.

• During application, the product must be worked in with friction and heat to melt and spread properly (shear-thinning). This requires a higher level of technique and care. We recommend against scooping it out and attempting to apply it directly by hand.

• If you are a beginner who prefers softer, buttery waxes and values quick, effortless application, we kindly suggest proceeding with caution—SAHARA may not be the most suitable choice. However, if your goal is the finest possible finish, we encourage you to take the time to master and harness its performance.
